Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your shipping policy?

Your order will be processed within 3-7 business days (excluding pre-orders). Our default method of shipping is  USPS Ground, which takes approximately 5-8 business days to deliver within the USA. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES:

  • Ground Advantage Shipping arrives approximately 5-8 business days
  • Priority Shipping arrives in an estimated 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping arrives in an estimated 1-2 business days
What is your return policy?

At Little Fins we ensure that all clothing will be free from defects by performing quality checks on all items. However, if you find that you received a defective item please contact us immediately at littlefinsclothing@gmail.com. We will happily replace your defected item or issue you a refund! 

All sales are final. We do not offer order refunds except in the form of store credit.

If you would like to make an exchange of an unworn item we kindly ask that you do so within 10 days after delivery. All exchanges can be done by completeing our exchange form. A $5 fee will be asked to cover shipping.

Non-returnable/refundable items include: • all purchases made with a promotion code. • items purchased on sale • Lahaina Strong Pajamas
